5. 0. 7 Annex E shows the appraisal report format for the ac-
ceptance of contracted project completion. After the appraisal
report of the acceptance of contract project completion has been
passed, it shall be sent within 20 working days to relevant organ-
izations by the legal person and reported to the acceptance super-
vision and management organization as well as the quality and
safety supervision organization for record keeping.
