                4  Examination of operation conditions for projects planned
             to be commissioned.
                5  Examination of remaining problems and treatment situa­
             tion of the previous acceptances.
                6  Assessment of the quality of completed works.
                7  Tackling suggestions for problems found in the accept­
             ance.
                8  Discussion and passing of the appraisal report for stage
             acceptance.
             6.1. 5  Stage acceptance shall include the following procedures:
                1  A n  on-site investigation should be conducted on the con­
             struction situation and relevant data should be checked and read.
                2  Meetings should be held for making:
                   1)  Announce the list of stage acceptance committee m e m ­
                      bers.
                  2)  Listen to the work reports by the organizations involved in
                      the project.
                  3)  Discuss and pass the appraisal report for stage accept­
                      ance.
                   4)  As k  representatives  from  the  acceptance  committee
                      and organizations to sign the appraisal report.
             6.1. 6  Annex G  shows the appraisal report format for stage ac­
             ceptances.  The appraisal report shall be sent to relevant institu­
             tions by the presiding organizations, within 20 working days af­
             ter getting its approval.
                      6. 2  Diversion  (Closure) Acceptance


             6.2.1  Before diversion  (closure), the diversion  (closure)  ac­
             ceptance shall be carried out.  The  diversion  (closure)  accept­
