ance.
7 Discuss and pass the appraisal report for stage accept-
ance.
6. 2. 4 If the diversion works (river closure) is divided into sev-
eral phases , the diversion ( closure) acceptance should also be
carried out in stages.

6. 3 Acceptance of Reservoir Impoundment

6.3.1 The acceptance of reservoir impoundment shall be car-
ried out before the impoundment. The acceptance of reservoir
impoundment shall be chaired by the presiding organization of
completion acceptance or the entrusted legal person according to
the scale and importance of the project.
6.3.2 The acceptance of reservoir impoundment shall meet the
following conditions：
1 The external appearance of water retaining structures meets
the requirements of the impounding water level.
2 Resettlement of affected residents and reservoir bottom
clearing has been completed and pass the acceptance.
3 The discharge structure used after impoundment is al-
most completed and satisfies requirements of overflowing.
4 Instruments and equipment for observation have been in-
stalled and tested according to the design, and the initial values
and observation data during construction period have been ob-
tained.
5 Construction plan and measures for uncompleted works
