4 Acceptance of Unit Projects
4. 0. 1 Acceptance of unit projects shall be chaired by the pro-
ject legal person (or the supervisor entrusted by the project legal
person). The acceptance working group shall consist of repre-
sentatives from project legal person, designer, supervisor, con-
tractor, equipment manufacturers (suppliers) and operation and
management institutions. If necessary, other experts may also
be invited.
4. 0. 2 Members of the acceptance working group shall have rel-
evant professional knowledge or occupational qualifications, and
at least half of the members shall possess the professional title of
engineer or senior engineer. Each institution should not nomi-
nate more than 2 representatives.
4. 0. 3 When the unit projects are completed and meet the ac-
ceptance conditions, the contractor shall submit an acceptance
application to the legal person, with the contents as written in
Article 3. 0. 3. The legal person shall determine whether to carry
out the acceptance within 10 working days after receiving the ap-
plication.
4. 0. 4 The legal person shall give advance notice to the quality
and safety supervision organizations. For the unit project accept-
ance of key structures, advance notice shall be given to the su-
pervision and management organizations for legal person accept-
ances. The supervision and management organizations for legal
person acceptances may decide whether to send its representative
to attend the acceptance meeting depending on specific situation,
but the quality and safety supervision organization shall send its
