2. 0. 5 The authority being responsible for supervision and m a n
agement shall make requirements to the presiding organization
for a correction in a timely manner when an acceptance of project
fails to meet the relevant rules and regulations. If necessary, the
supervision and management authority m a y make a request to
suspend the acceptance temporarily or redoing it and report to
the presiding organization at the same time.
2. 0. 6 Th e authority being responsible for supervision and m a n
agement for the acceptances conducted by the legal person shall
check the received documents for the record, and ask the relative
institutions to make correction, supplementation or completion if
the document is deemed unqualified.
2. 0. 7 Project legal person shall prepare a working plan of ac
ceptance 60 working days prior to the acceptance of first unit and
report to the supervision and management authority for the re
cord. If adjustment is made to the project construction plan, the
working plan of acceptance shall also be updated and put on re
cord again. Th e working plan shall include brief introduction of
the project, project division, construction schedule and accept
ance plan.
2.0.8 Technical problems found in the legal person acceptance
shall in principle be settled according to the contract. If the pro
