3 Acceptance of Sub-unit Projects
3. 0. 1 The acceptance of sub-unit projects shall be chaired by a
legal person (or the supervisor entrusted by the legal person).
The acceptance working group shall consist of the representa-
tives of project legal person, designer, supervisor and contrac-
tor, and equipment manufacturers (suppliers).
3. 0. 2 The members of the acceptance working group shall have
relevant professional knowledge or qualifications, and each insti-
tution should not nominate more than 2 representatives.
3. 0. 3 When a sub-unit project satisfies the acceptance condi-
tions, the contractor shall submit an application of acceptance to
the project legal person, including acceptance scope, inspection
results of acceptance conditions and proposed time for accept-
ance. Project legal person shall reply within 5 working days af-
ter receiving the application and give an answer to the contractor
for agreement or disagreement.
3. 0. 4 The acceptance of sub-unit projects shall meet the fol-
lowing conditions:
1 All item projects have been completed.
2 Construction quality of the completed item projects is all
qualified. Relevant quality deficiencies have been dealt with or
have obtained the treatment suggestions approved by the super-
visor.
3 Other conditions written in the contract are satisfied.
3. 0. 5 The acceptance of sub-unit projects shall mainly include
