8. 4. 4 The technical pre-acceptance of completion shall follow
the procedures below：
1 Examine the construction situation on site and review
relevant construction documentation.
2 Listen to working reports from the legal person, the de­
signer, supervisor and contractor, the quality and safety supervi­
sion organization and the operation management organization.
3 Listen to the sampling inspection report for project quality.
4 Professional working groups to discuss and give sugges­
tions.
5 Discuss and pass the technical pre-acceptance working
report for completion.
6 Draft the appraisal report of completion acceptance.
8. 4. 5 Working report of technical pre-acceptance for comple­
tion shall be an attachment of the appraisal report of completion
acceptance, and the format is shown in Anne x M.

8. 5 Completion Acceptance

8. 5. 1 Th e completion acceptance committee shall consist of the
representatives and experts of the presiding organization, local
people’s government, water administrative department, quality
and safety supervision organization, investors and operation
management organization. Th e committee m a y have chair person
and several deputies and members. The chair person shall be one
of the representatives from the presiding organization.
8.5.2 The legal person, designer, supervisor, contractor and
the equipment manufacturers (suppliers) shall have representa­
tives to participate in the completion acceptance, answer ques­
tions from the committee and sign on the appraisal report of ac­
