the supervision and management organization within 20 working
days after the self-inspection working report passed.
8. 3 Inspection of Project Quality by Sampling

8. 3. 1 According to the requirements for the completion accept­
ance, the presiding organization m a y entrust a qualified quality
inspection organization to carry out the inspection of project
quality by sampling. The legal person shall sign the project
quality inspection agreement with the quality inspection organiza­
tion. Inspection fees shall be borne by the legal person, but the
inspection fees for unqualified items shall be paid by the respon­
sible organization.
8. 3. 2 The project quality inspection organization shall not be
the same entity as the legal person, designer, supervisor, con­
tractor or manufacturers (suppliers).
8. 3. 3 Based on the requirements of the presiding organization
and the situation of the project, the project legal person shall
proposes the items, contents and the number of the inspection
for sampling, and then report to the project quality supervision
organization for examination and finally to the presiding organi­
zation for verification.
8. 3. 4 The project quality inspection organization shall inspect
the project quality based on relevant technical standards, and
provide the quality inspection report in time according to the con­
tract. The legal person shall submit the inspection report to the
presiding organization within 10 working days after receiving the
inspection report.
8. 3. 5 The legal person shall organize relevant organizations to
solve the problems discovered by sampling tests in time. The
