tion, and the format for the completion acceptance working report and
            its main contents are shown in Annex K  and Annex L.
            8. 1. 3  If the completion acceptance of the project fails to pro­
            ceed on schedule, the legal person shall submit a special applica­
            tion report to the presiding organization for delayed acceptance.
            The application report shall include the main reasons of delay ac­
            ceptance and expected extension of time.
            8. 1. 4  If there is still an amount of uncompleted work,  which
            does not affect normal operation and meets relevant financial pro­
            visions, and the legal person has made necessary arrangements
            for the uncompleted work with the approval of the presiding or­
            ganization, the completion acceptance m a y  he carried out.
            8. 1. 5  The completion acceptance is divided into two stages in­
            cluding the technical pre-acceptance of completion and the c o m ­
            pletion acceptance.
            8. 1. 6  The completion acceptance shall  follow the procedures
            below :
                1  The legal person organizes self-inspection for the c o m ­
            pletion acceptance.
                2  The legal person submits the application report of c o m ­
            pletion acceptance.
                3  The presiding organization approves the application re­
            port of completion acceptance.
                4  The technical pre-acceptance of completion is carried out.
                5  A  completion acceptance meeting is held.
                6  The appraisal report of completion acceptance is printed and
            dispatched.
                 8. 2  Self-inspection for Completion Acceptance


            8. 2. 1  Th e legal person shall organize self-inspection before ap­
