pletion situation of commissioning to the committee and prepare
a working report of the turbine-generator startup commissio-
ning.
6.4.7 During the turbine-generator startup commissioning, re-
cords for unit examination, test and commissioning activities
shall be kept. All of these records shall form part of the techni-
cal documents to be submitted to the operation and management
organization.
6. 4. 8 Equipment defects and faults found in the commissioning
shall be solved by the responsible organization in time. Those
unqualified items cannot be handed over for trial commercial op-
eration.
6. 4. 9 When the turbine-generator unit can run safely for trial
commercial operation confirmed through its startup commissio-
ning, the committee shall issue the appraisal report of acceptance
of turbine-generator startup ( see the format in Annex H).
6. 4. 10 When the appraisal report of acceptance of turbine-gen-
erator startup is issued, unit handover from the contractor to the
operation and management organization shall be carried out for
trial commercial operation. The trial commercial operation peri-
od ranges from 6 months ( one flood period covered) to 12
months.
6.4.11 Acceptance of the rest turbine-generator startup may
refer to the requirements of acceptance of first and last turbine-
generator startup as reference, and shall be carried out by the
commissioning command group and acceptance handover group
organized by the legal person. If a failure or weakness found
during the process of acceptance, it shall be reported to the pre-
siding organization of completion acceptance in a timely manner.
