plying for the completion acceptance. The self-inspection shall
be chaired by the legal person, and with the representatives from
designer, supervisor, contractor and equipment manufacturers
(suppliers) as well as the operation management organization.
8.2.2 The self-inspection for completion acceptance includes:
1 Check working reports of the relevant organizations.
2 Examine the construction situation and evaluate the quality
levels of the project.
3 Check the remaining problems found in the previous spe-
cial item acceptances and treatment of problems during the trial
commercial operation.
4 Determine the contents and term of unfinished work and
its accordingly responsible organization.
5 Make arrangements for the work to be done before the
completion acceptance.
6 Discuss and pass the self-inspection working report of
completion acceptance.
8. 2. 3 10 working days before the self-inspection for completion
acceptance, the legal person shall give advance notice to the qual-
ity and safety supervision organization as well as report to the su-
pervision and management organization. The representatives
from quality and safety supervision organization shall attend the
self-inspection working meeting.
8. 2. 4 Project legal person shall report the quality conclusion
and relevant documents of self-inspection to the quality supervi-
sion organization within 10 working days after the self-inspection
for completion acceptance is completed.
8. 2. 5 Format of self-inspection working report is shown in An-
nex J. People who attend the self-inspection shall sign their
