9. 1 Project Transfer and Handover

9. 1. 1 W h e n the completion acceptance of a contract project has
been approved, the legal person and contractor shall nominate
persons responsible for project transfer and handover within 20
working days, with complete written records and signatures of
both parties.
9. 1. 2 The legal person and the contractor shall finish transfer
and handover of the project and file documents within specified
time in the construction contract or the appraisal report of ac­
ceptance.
9. 1. 3 During the transfer and handover of specific project, the
contractor shall submit warranty for project quality to the legal
person and the format of warranty is shown in A nnex (). The
contents of warranty shall conform to the terms and reference of
the contract.
9. 1. 4 Th e validity of warranty shall commence from the c o m ­
pletion acceptance, except for those contracts which stipulate
otherwise.
9. 1. 5 Project legal person shall issue a certificate of project
completion to the contractor within 20 working days after the
warranty of project quality and other documents related to pro­
ject completion have been provided and clear up of construction
site has been finished. The format of the certificate is shown in
A nnex P.
