riod, the legal person shall issue a warranty termination certifi­
cate of project quality to the contractor within 20 working days
after the expiration of warranty. Th e format is shown in
A nnex Q.
9. 3. 2 After the expiration of quality warranty period and the
completion of the remaining problems and the uncompleted
works, the legal person shall make an application to the presid­
ing organization for the completion certificate, with the following
contents：
1 Information about project transfer and handover.
2 Information about project operation and management.
3 Treatment of the remaining problems and construction of
the uncompleted works.
4 Relevant warranty situation for project quality.
9. 3. 3 Th e presiding organization for completion acceptance
shall determine whether to issue the completion certificate within
20 working days after the legal person application report is re­
ceived. The completion certificate format is shown in Annex R
(Original) and A nnex S (Copy). Following conditions should
be met when the certificate is issued：
1 Appraisal report of completion acceptance has been issued.
2 Remaining issues have been solved and unfinished work
has been done and passed the acceptance.
3 Th e entire project has been delivered to the operation
management organization.
9. 3. 4 T h e completion certificate shall be issued with 3 originals
and several copies, of which, the original ones shall be kept by
the legal person, the operation management organization and the
file department respectively, and the copies shall be kept by the
major participating organizations.
