8. 5. 3 The completion acceptance meeting shall include the fol-
lowing procedures：
— Check construction situation on site and review relevant
documents.
—The meeting shall be held to：
1) Announce the name list of the acceptance committee.
2) Listen to the working report of the construction man-
agement.
3) Listen to the working report on the technical pre-ac-
ceptance of completion.
4) Listen to other reports designated by the acceptance
committee.
5) Discuss and pass the appraisal report of the completion
acceptance.
6) Ask members and representatives from the acceptance
committee and acceptance organization to sign on the
appraisal report of the completion acceptance.
8. 5. 4 If project quality reaches the qualified level or above, the
quality conclusion of the completion acceptance shall also be
qualified.
8. 5. 5 The appraisal report format for the completion accept-
ance is shown in Annex N. The appraisal report of the comple-
tion acceptance shall be submitted to the relevant organizations
by the presiding organization within 20 working days after it is
approved.
