comparing to the year before郾 There were 18郯 410 newly鄄constructed projects in
2016, with an increase of 10郾 2% and newly鄄added investment was 691郾 48 billion
Yuan with an increase of 28郾 3%郾

The completed civil works of earth, stone and concrete structures were 3郾 98 billion m3,
700 million m3 , and 90 million m3 , respectively郾 By the end of 2016, the proportion
of complete quantity of earthwork, stonework, and concrete of the under鄄
construction projects were 84郾 0% , 91郾 8% and 60郾 5% , respectively郾

II. Key Water Projects Construction

Harness of large rivers and lakes郾 In 2016, there were 5郯 606 river harness
projects under construction, including 527 flood control dyke and embankment
construction, 593 projects for large river and main tributary control and 3郯 530
