completed investment of small鄄sized and other projects was 501郾 96 billion Yuan; the
completed investment of newly鄄constructed project was 477郾 57 billion Yuan; and the
completed investment of reconstruction and expansion was 132郾 39 billion Yuan郾

The newly鄄added fixed assets of projects under鄄construction totaled 404郾 67 billion
Yuan郾 By the end of 2016, the accumulated completed investment of projects
under construction was 1郯 417郾 43 billion Yuan, and the rate of completed
investment reached 60郾 1% 郾 The newly鄄added fixed assets totaled 911郾 57 billion
Yuan and the rate of investment transferred into fixed assets was 64郾 3% , an
increase of 2郾 8% comparing to 2015郾

A total of 26郯 331 water projects were under construction in 2016, with a total
investment of 2郯 162郾 91 billion Yuan, with an increase of 4郾 2% comparing to that of
