components from the same number series. Components or measuring points of the same type
shall be numbered in order in the installation list. For fixed components, the numbering shall
start from +Y and go in a clockwise direction (as seen from the generator end, similarly here⁃
inafter). The rotating components shall be numbered clockwise starting from the position cor⁃
responding to the middle of the two leads of the rotor poles, except for the barring gear meas⁃
uring points on the axis which shall be numbered anti⁃clockwise. Attention shall be paid to
the manufacturer numbering procedures to identify whether they are consistent with the above.
If not consistent, these manufacturer numbering should be clearly marked
12 For closely⁃pitched connecting bolt installation, lubricant shall be applied. Con⁃
necting bolts shall be uniformly fastened in a series of steps. For connecting bolts with pre⁃
tightened force requirements, the pre⁃stress deviation shall not be larger than ±10% of the re⁃
quired value. For bolts that need to be screwed in a heated state, the degree of pre⁃tightening
of about 20% of the bolts shall be selectively checked at room temperature after being fas⁃
tened. As each component is installed, pin holes shall be drilled and pins shall be assembled
according to the design requirements. All bolts, nuts, and pins shall be firmly locked in
place or spot welded according to the design requirements
13 For datum line and elevation points for installation of the generator units, the meas⁃
urement error shall not be larger than ±1mm. The wire diameter for core measurement should
be 0 3-0 4mm, and the tensile stress shall be no less than 1200MPa.
14 For the sthength pressure test of pressure⁃bearing equipment and connecting pieces
made in the field, the test pressure shall be 1 5 times the nominal working pressure, while
the lowest pressure shall not be less than 0 4MPa. After the test pressure is maintained for
10min, there shall not be any unusual phenomena such as leakages or fissures. For tightness
pressure tests of equipment and their connecting pieces, the test pressure shall be 1 25 times
the nominal working pressure. After 30min, no leakage shall occur. The pressure test of
coolers shall be carried out according to the design requirements. If there are no design re⁃
quirements, the test pressure shall be 2 times the working pressure, but not be less than
0 40MPa. After holding it for 30min, no leakage shall occur
15 Kerosene leakage tests of containers shall be lasted for at least 4 hours and there
shall be no leakage. Generally, the containers should not be dismantled after the test. Kero⁃
sene leakage tests of valves shall be lasted for at least 5 minutes and there shall be no leakage
16 Single keys shall be checked together with the key slots and the tolerance shall meet
the design requirements. The parallelism of paired keys shall meet the design requirements
17 After installation of the bearing, when the rotating parts are welded, the welder
ground wire shall be connected directly to the part which is to be welded. Protective measures
shall be taken as well to ensure that any splattered weld material will not drop into the bear⁃
           ing
18 Hydraulic turbine generator units shall be kept clean during and after component as⁃
sembly and final assembly. The interior and exterior of units shall be carefully cleaned and
checked after the installation. There shall be no sundries or dirt
19 Each component of the hydraulic turbine generator units shall be protected by
coating according to the relevant requirements.
4 2 3 Vertical⁃shaft reaction turbine installation shall meet the following requirements:
1 Installation of embedded parts shall meet the following provisions:
                 1) Allowable installation error of the draft⁃tube liner shall meet the requirements of
                   Table 4 2 3-1.
                 2) Allowable installation error of the runner chamber, base ring and stay ring shall
meet the requirements of Table 4 2 3-2.
                 3) Spiral case installation and welding shall meet the design requirements or comply
                                                                 2 2 1
