have no abnormal heating phenomenon and the contact terminals of the controller
                   shall not be burnt.
                 2) Limit switches, protection devices and interlock devices shall move correctly and
                   reliably.
                 3) When the cart and the crab are running, the wheels shall not bite the rail.
                 4) When the cart and the crab are running, the electrical conducting devices shall
work steadily and have no blockage, jumping or serious sparks.
                 5) When all the mechanical parts are running, they shall have no impacting or other
                   abnormal sounds.
                 6) During the running process, the brake shoe shall be completely separate from the
brake wheel and have no rubbing against the wheel.
                 7) All the bearings and gears shall be well lubricated and the bearing temperature
shall be no higher than 65℃ .
                 8) The noise measured without other disturbance at the driver seat (when the window
is closed) shall be no larger than 85dB (A).
                 9) For headstock gear with a hooking beam, sluice gate hooking tests shall be done.
                 10) For headstock gear with dual lifting points, tests shall be done to inspect the
horizontal deviation of the hoisting eye center lines of the sluice gate or the syn⁃
chronous of the dual hoisting points.
3 Dead load tests shall meet the following requirements:
                 1) Check the bearing capacity of each part and metal structures of the headstock gear.
                 2) Measure the actual camber of the girder and actual lifting degree of the cantilever.
                 3) Determine the weakest section of the girder and rack, and set stress test points.
                 4) There shall be weight blocks on the installation site as required by dead load tests.
Special dedicated blocks should be used.
                 5) Increase the load gradually from 75% to 125% of rated load during the test. Keep
the weight blocks 100-200mm above the ground for no less than 10min and meas⁃
ure the gantry or bridge frame deflection. Then unload and measure the deforma⁃
tion of the gantry or bridge frame.
                 6) In the dead load test, the measured girder deflection shall be less than L / 700 and
the measured cantilever deflection less than L n / 350.
                 7) After the dead load test, each component and each part of the metal structure
shall have no quality problems, such as fractures, permanent deformation, loose
connections or damage, which would affect the component properties and safety.
4 Dynamic load tests shall meet the following requirements:
                 1) Check the working properties of the mechanism and brake.
