quality problems such as abnormal heating, which may influence the properties and safe run⁃
ning.
4 1 13 The trial operation of hydraulic headstock gear shall meet the following require⁃
ments:
1 Before the trial operation of the hydraulic cylinder, all obstacles in the working area
shall be cleared away to ensure the sluice gate and hydraulic cylinder can run without block⁃
age
2 The oil filtering core shall be cleaned and replaced if necessary to ensure the hydrau⁃
lic system s degree of pollution is no lower than Level NAS 9
3 The environmental temperature shall be no lower than the lowest design temperature
4 If the rack is fixed by welding, the welding joints shall be checked to meet relevant
requirements. If the rack is fixed by anchor bolts, the screw nuts shall be checked to prevent
loosening
5 Each component shall be debugged in the electrical circuit to ensure that it meets the
relevant requirements of GB 1497
6 When the oil pump starts for the first time, open the flood valve totally and keep it i⁃
dling for 30min. The oil pump shall have no abnormal phenomenon
7 If the oil pump idling is normal, the overflow valve shall be gradually screwed tight
to fill the pipeline system with oil. Air shall be exhausted in the process of filling oil. When
the pipeline is full of oil, the overflow valve shall be adjusted to make sure that the oil pump
system has no vibration, noise and overheating when it keeps running respectively under
50%, 75% and 100% of working pressure for 5min. Check the valves and pipelines to see if
there is any oil leakage
8 Adjust the oil pump overflow valve to ensure that it can extract oil automatically when
its pressure reaches 1 1 times its working pressure. The pump shall have no severe vibration
and noise at this time
9 Open and close the sluice gates. Check the speed reducing function of the hydraulic
cylinder s buffer device. Check if there is any blockage in the sluice gate. Record the running
water head, and the sluice gate system pressure in the opening process
10 Only when the manual operation test has been correctly done can the automatic op⁃
eration test be done
11 When doing the sluice gate s rapid closing test, the duration shall be well recorded
for the gate hoisting, rapid closing, holding force, buffering, and the corresponding
reservoir water levels and system pressures. The rapid closing time shall meet the design re⁃
quirements. During the rapid closing test, emergency measures of cutting off the oil circuit
shall be taken to prevent the sluice gate from closing at a too high speed
