2 For trash rack and embedded parts which are installed slantwise, the allowable error
of their tilt angle is ±10′
3 When the embedded parts of a fixed trash rack are installed, each beam working sur⁃
face shall be in the same plane and the difference between the highest points or lowest points
on the working surface shall be no larger than 3 0mm
4 When the trash rack has been put into the slot, lifting tests shall be done to check if
there is any blockage in the slot and to check if the trash rack movement and joints are relia⁃

1 If the steel track has any deformation such as bending or distortion, the shape of the
track shall be corrected according to the following requirements. The track can be installed
only after it is qualified
1) Steel track s non⁃straightness in the front and lateral sides shall be no larger than
1 / 1500 of the total length and shall be no larger than 2mm.
2) The two end faces of the steel track shall be straight and the tilt displacement shall
be no larger than 1mm.
2 The deviation of the distance between the track foundation bolts and the track center
line shall be no larger than ±2mm.When the track has been installed, the screw shall be ex⁃
posed by 2-5 threads
