13 When assembling the wheels, their positions shall be symmetrical to the bearing
box s sub⁃plate. The bearing box s two supporting surfaces shall be on the two vertical surfaces
which are parallel to the wheel center, and the parallel deviation shall be no larger than
0 09mm. The bearings shall be filled with grease
14 Electrical equipment installation shall meet the relevant requirements of the current
national standards.
4 1 8 Installation of the fixed winch headstock gear shall meet the following requirements:
1 After arrival, the equipment shall be accepted on site. Only after the parts have pas⁃
sed the field acceptance can they be installed
2 The speed reducer shall be filled with new lubricant oil when it has been cleaned,
and the oil level shall be neither lower than the depth of the high speed gearwheel s lowest
tooth, nor higher than two times the tooth depth. The oil seal and joint face shall have no oil
leakage
3 Check if the embedded position of the foundation bolts and their extension length
meet the installation requirements
4 Check the headstock gear platform elevation. The elevationdeviation shall be no
larger than ±5mm and the horizontal deviation no larger than 0 5/ 1000
5 The headstock gear installation shall be aligned according to the hoisting center line.
Both the deviations of longitudinal and crosswise center lines shall be no larger than ±3mm
6 The steel wire rope shall be coiled according to the design drawings. The fixation of
the steel wire rope ends shall meet the design requirements. If fixed by cone shaped sleeves
which are filled with lead or zinc, the fixation shall be checked by tensile tests. If fixed by
rope clamps, the number of clamps shall meet the design requirements.
7 When the hoisting point is at the lower limit, the number of steel wire rope loops on
the drum shall be no less than 4, of which 2 loops are kept for fixation and the other 2 loops
are kept for safety. When the hoisting point is at the upper limit, the steel wire rope shall not
be wound outside of the drum rope race
8 The steel wire rope s limiting guide angle shall be no larger than ±6°; for multilayer
winding, the steel wire angle shall be between 0 5° and 2 5°; the angle of return of each
layer shall be between 0 5° and 2 5°.
9 For headstock gear with double lifting points which use tandem double drums, the
deviation of the distance between hanging points shall be less than ±3mm. Whatever position
the sluice gate is in the gate slot, the horizontal deviation of the sluice gate lifting lug center
line shall meet the design requirements. If it exceeds the allowable design value, the head⁃
stock gear shall show an alarm indication or put a correction function
10 Steel wire rope shall be wound in an orderly manner on the drum layer by layer.
