be no lower than 10μm, and the washing time no less than 30min
6 Adjust the upper and lower limiting points and water filling point to ensure the height
indicating device can display the right position of the sluice gate
7 The type, amount and level of hydraulic oil which is filled in on the field shall meet
the design requirements and its filtering accuracy shall be no less than 20μm
8 The gap between the piston buffer sleeve and the piston rod as well as oil⁃saving holes
on the buffer sleeve shall be cleaned to keep them unblocked
9 The buffer ring shall be able to move freely and the bolts which are used to limit the
position and press the ring shall have a locking device
10 Check the hydraulic cylinder, piston rod and hook connection to see if their surface
screw threads are smooth. There shall be no fissures, debossed or fragmented parts and flaws.
Localised slight flaws shall not exceed two turns. The supporting surfaces of screw threads and
nuts shall be coated with anti⁃rust grease before installation
11 When being installed, the oil seal shall be compressed to the design size and the oil
seal joints between two adjacent rings shall be staggered by more than 90°
12 When the hydraulic cylinder has been installed, pressure tests shall be done ac⁃
cording to the design pressure and stable pressure duration of the drawing requirements. If
there are no requirements, the pressure tests shall be done under the rated pressure (hoisting
force or holding force) for 10min. The piston settling volume shall be no larger than 0 5mm.
The upper and lower cover flanges shall have no oil leakage and the cylinder wall shall have
           no oil exudation
13 If the piston rod connects with the sluice gate s hoisting eye, a 50mm gap shall be
left between the piston and hydraulic cylinder s lower cover to ensure the sluice gate can be
           closed tightly
14 If the radial piston or radial vane oil pump needs to be disassembled and cleaned,
the pistons and vanes shall not be interchanged. After re⁃assembly, when the pump shaft is
turned by hand, it shall move freely and without blockage
15 Valves such as electromagnetic control valves, differential control valves, check
valves, starting valves and manual valves shall be cleaned when necessary according to the
actual situation. The measured strokes of the valves shall meet the master drawing require⁃
ments. The springs in the valves shall not be broken and the valve body shall be able to move
up and down freely without blockage. Valve pressure tests shall be done according to the
drawing requirements after assembly. If there is no requirement, the pressure test may be
done under 1 25 times the working pressure. Oil leakage shall meet the drawing require⁃
           ments
16 Leakage tests of oil drums and storage tanks, and the bending, cleaning and in⁃
                                                                 2 0 5
