slope. At every filling height of 10-15m, the slope surface shall be
flattened and compacted. The flattened slope surface shall be 5-10cm
higher than the design line. The slope surface should be compacted by
a traction type vibration roller of 80-100kN, with static rolling first
followed by vibratory rolling. The upside moving needs to be vibrated
while the downside does not. The compaction time shall be determined
                       by corresponding tests.
                           3 5 0-7 0MPa cement mortar with a thickness of 5-8cm shall
be paved on the compacted upstream slope to stabilize and protect the
slope. The unevenness shall be less than 5cm.
4 The cement mortar shall be paved completely and combined
tightly with the asphalt material which is under the water seal copper
in the area around the pedestal block.
5 Attention shall be paid to the protection of the cement mortar,
and curing for 15 days shall be conducted by sprinkling water.
6 Some new technologies, such as rolled mortar slope, cation
emulsified asphalt slope and crushing concrete type of side walls shall
be adopted in the construction of cushion material in the faceplate
                       anti⁃seepage body.
3 1 10 The drainage system and slope protection construction shall
                       meet the following requirements:
1 For the drainage system construction, attention shall be paid
                       to the following items:
                             1) The rock materials making up the drainage system shall be
hard and solid. The mechanical properties and geometric
                                dimensioning shall meet design requirements.
                             2) The thickness of manually filled rock shall be no larger
than 1m, and the upper layer and the lower layer shall in⁃
terlock without horizontally connected joints. The drainage
system of partition filling shall have staggered joints, and
                                                                            1 2 7
