manent speed droop b p 6%. The static characteristic curve shall be a straight
line approximately. The speed dead bend shall be no larger than 0 04%. For a
Kaplan turbine speed governing system, the inaccuracy of the blade servo system
shall be no larger than 1 5%.
14) When there is no water in the spiral case, the pressure and decreased oil level in
the pressure tank shall be recorded when it is powered off under emergency low
oil pressure.
15) When there is no water in the spiral case, measure the operating mechanism
lowest oil pressure for the guide vane and blade; the pressure should be no larger
than 16% of the rated oil pressure.
10 Inspection and adjustment of the governor electrical parts shall meet the following
requirements:
1) Check the electrical circuit wiring in the system; they shall meet the design re⁃
quirements. Insulation resistance measurement and voltage tests shall comply with
the relevant requirements in GB 50150.
2) The output voltage of the regulated power supply in the electrical parts shall meet
the design requirements and the fluctuation of the output voltage should not exceed
±1% of the design value.
3) Check the properties of each circuit unit and the adjustable parameters, such as
permanent speed droop b p , slip ratio e p , proportional gain K p , integral gain K i ,
differential gain K d (or temporary speed droop b t , buffer time constant T d , ac⁃
celerative time constant T n ). All these parameters and adjustable ranges shall
meet the design requirements.
4) Check the adjustable ranges of the opening, frequency and power grants and they
shall meet the design requirements.
5 ) Record the curve showing the relationship between the speed measuring
equipment s input signal and output (current and voltage). Within ±10% of the
rated rotational speed, the static characteristic curve shall be a straight line ap⁃
proximately, and speed dead bend shall meet the design requirements. Within ±
2% of the rated rotational speed, the deviation of the measured amplification co⁃
efficient shall be no larger than ±5% of the design value.
11 The speed governing system simulation tests shall meet the following requirements:
1) Simulate all kinds of faults of the speed governing system. The protection devices
shall be able to work reliably and send warning signals correctly.
2) Operate the generator units manually or automatically to simulate starting up,
shutting down and emergency shutdown. The speed governing system shall be able
