lower layers. The construction form shall be all staggered T⁃shaped (it
shall not form a flat surface in⁃line with the contact face of the dam),
or partly staggered T⁃shaped and partly placed in line. The height
difference between two adjacent planes shall be less than 5mm. The
width of joints shall be uniform, and no less than 2 0cm; the joint
shall be completely and densely filled with mortar.
3 The allowable deviation of overflow surface size and position
shall meet the requirements listed in Table 2 8 11-2
3 2 5 Construction quality control shall meet the following require⁃
ments:
1 In the construction of masonry dams, a perfect quality assur⁃
ance system and a sound responsibility system shall be established.
2 The quality control shall proceed according to relevant
national and industry standards, construction drawings and technology
requirements in the contracts.
3 Quality inspection records are an important basis for project
acceptance, so they shall be organized, analyzed, summarized and
filed in time.
4 The raw materials for masonry dams shall meet the regulations
in Section 2 8 of this specification.
5 The quality inspection of site concrete shall meet the regula⁃
tions in Section 3 3 of this specification, and the quality inspection of
mortar and masonry concrete shall meet the regulations in Section 2 8
of this specification.
3 2 6 Construction quality inspection of dam bodies shall meet the
following requirements:
1 The construction quality inspection of masonry bodies shall
meet the regulations in Article 2 8 20 of this specification.
2 For the density inspection of masonry bodies, when the in⁃
spection position is lower than 1 / 3 of the dam height, at least one
