On September 21, 2010, Dr. Jiao Yong, Vice Minister of Water Resources met with delegation headed by Dr. Martin Mansergh, TD, Minister of State at the Departments of Finance, with special responsibility for the Office of Public Works,and Arts, Sport and Tourism of Ireland.
Other participants included representatives from Department of International Cooperation, Science and Technology, Department of Water Resources, and Office of State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters of the Ministry of Water Resources. H.E. Mr. Declan Kelleher, Ambassador of Ireland to the People's Republic of China also participated in the meeting.
