On 10 September, 2010, Mr. Jiaoyong, Vice Minister of Water Resources, met with Ms. Gretchen Kalonji, Assistant Director-General for the Natural Sciences, UNECO. The two parties exchanged views on further cooperation in water resources.

Other participates include the representatives from Department of International Cooperation, Science and Technology and Bureau of Hydrology of the Ministry of Water Resources, as well as experts from China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research.
