Zu Leiming

​Zu Leiming, male, Han ethnicity, was born in January 1967. Zu completed an in-service graduate program and received a Master of Engineering degree. Member of the CPC. Currently, he is Vice Minister of Water Resources and member of the Leading Party Members Group of Ministry of Water Resources.
