Chen Min
Chen Min
Chen Min, male, Han ethnicity, was born in Anyi, Jiangxi Province, in September 1971. He began his career in July 1993 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in February 1991. Chen completed a graduate program and received a Master of Engineering degree. He is also a professor level senior engineer. Currently, Chen is Vice Minister of Water Resources and a member of the Leading Party Members Group of Ministry of Water Resources.
