World Water Day and China Water Week in 2021

The year of 2021 commences the initiative of China’s 14th Five-Year Plan period. China enters a new stage of development, embarking on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way. March 22, 2021 is the 29th World Water Day, while March 22-28 is the 34th China Water Week. The United Nations announce the theme of World Water Day in 2021 as “Valuing Water”. The theme of China's campaign commemorating World Water Day and China Water Week in 2021 is “thoroughly practicing the new development concept, and pushing forward the intensive and safe utilization of water resources”.
